Someone recently told me that I looked defeated. I sure feel that way. It feels like 2010 sucked the life out of me and spit out a beaten pulp of myself. I do not know what to expect or hope for this year that begins. I am too focused on ending this cycle (with all that it entails). I hope that when that tiny, little light, shining at the end of the tunnel, gets closer and shine its light more brightly so I can see things more clearly. Clarity should bring me to action and that would give me once again the feeling that I am the one steering my life in a specific direction. Not the other way around. That way, I won't feel defeated.
